Students who wish to apply for Revaluation and/or obtain a Photocopy of their Semester-End Theory Answer Sheet may apply through the ERP Portal within the prescribed time limit.

Procedure:

• Applications for Revaluation and Photocopy of Answer Sheets are accepted only through the ERP Portal.
• Students may apply for either Revaluation, Photocopy of the Answer Sheet, or both, as these are independent processes.
• Applications must be submitted within 10 working days from the date of publication of the notification issued by the College.
• The prescribed fee shall be paid online through the ERP Portal. Students belonging to reserved categories are eligible for a 50% concession in the prescribed fee, subject to submission of valid supporting documents.
• Ensure that all application details are complete and accurate before submission.

PLEASE NOTE:

• This facility is available only for Semester-End Theory Examinations and is not applicable to Continuous Internal Assessment (CIA), Practical Examinations, Viva-Voce, Projects/Dissertations, Laboratory Courses, Internships or Field Work.
• Revaluation and Photocopy of Answer Sheets are independent processes. Students may apply for either service or for both.
• Applications received after the prescribed deadline will not be considered.
• A photocopy of an answer sheet that has already undergone revaluation will not be provided.
• If a student notices any discrepancy, such as a totaling error, an unassessed answer or an illegible photocopy, a written representation may be submitted to the Controller of Examinations within 7 working days of receiving the photocopy.
• The result declared after revaluation shall be final.
• Incomplete or incorrect applications are liable to be rejected.
