The apex body is constituted as per the Maharashtra University Act, 1994. It is incharge of organising major College events such as Student festivals and college Annual Day. it works constantly for the welfare of the students. The aim is to bridge the gap between the students and the Staff.

Rapport Retro 2010

With even the Bollywood & Hollywood film makers remaking old classics and succeeding, we as a committee thought about recreating the golden era of music, literature and dance in our college. With so many activities round the year, we had seen an inclination of participants to ape other performances and work a little less on the conceptuality of the performance: be it music or dance. Precisely for the same reason, we as a committee zeroed down on Retro as the theme, as we wanted seasoned performers to be not just on a equal footing with those participating for the first time but also see some variety and spice in the competition. Retro was special and successful as it brought out some special moments: the Rishi & Shashi Kapoors in Acting, Elvis & Murugun at the Rose Day & Curtain Raiser, Panchamda and Mangeshkars in Singing and many more…

Rapport Retro helped us achieve what we set our sights on. We dint want to create something bigger than before , neither did we want to put up higher standards for those who follow, we wanted to do the same thing with a difference and with a personal and an artistic touch!
