I was Maharastra state U-15 Champion, I was placed 8th in the national champion U-15 at Chennai. Because of this performance, I represented India at the 4th international sports games Of Asia for children, yarutsk , Russia there I received a team bronze medal with my Team-mates.
In 2007, I was Maharastra state U-15 champion. I finished 6th in the national U-15 champion. Thus, I represented India in spain for ‘3’ open tournaments in June-July 2009.In the first tournaments in the open section, I was placed 8th finishing ahead of several good players this tournaments included players form 11 countries and players were About 50. This tournament allowed for all ages and just not (U-15). This tournament consisted of players ranked around “100” in the world.
In 2008, I won a trophy and a cash prize of 50 euros for this performance all this 3 tournament were sponsored by the “Government of India” as a part to give exposure to students of chess finishing in the “Top 6” in the U-15 and U-19 Nationals.

"Success was on the far side of failure. For nearly 2 & half years all the college and AITA matches that I played I failed to win any major match. After tons of failures, I wasn't going to give up! I knew something would come someday. Fortunately, I got my biggest win ever!"
