Re-started after a hiatus of 5 years, South Indian Literary Circle began its activities for the year 2009-10 with TAAL ’09. The event featured a traditional ‘Kolu’ installed in the auditorium. The Marathi Literary Circle organised a ‘Bandla’ and a ‘Ras-garba’ was organised by the Gujarati Literary Circle for TAAL ’09. This was followed by ‘Learn Lingo’ week, in which, students from the college were invited to learn languages such as Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Tulu, Kannada and Konkani.
