Podar has been famous for throwing grand events to colleges from across the city. Enigma, the inter collegiate cultural festival was one such event which created record of sorts.
Podar became the first college to host an event at an unprecedented scale by inviting 70 colleges from mumbai to participate in varied events.

Report on Zonal Workshop

Jointly Organised by University of Mumbai (WDC) & R.A.Podar college of Comm. & Eco(Women Development cell)

Topic : ‘GENDER SENSITIZATION’

Our college in association with the women Development cell of the University of Mumbai had organized a zonal workshop on “Gender Sensitization” on November 25th and 26th ,2008. The primary objective of this workshop is to develop greater sensitivity towards gender equality and understand the role of CWDC for its conveners and members.
